Training the Next Generation

The heart of a true worshiper begins at an early age and we want to do all we can do to cultivate, develop, inspire and disciple the next generation of worship leaders to help them impact the Gospel in an even bigger way than we do now! NPC Worship Academy will be geared for students who have completed 5th grade thru 12th grade. This one-week intensive workshop training will be for those students who are committed to hard work & an amazing experience.

Spiritual Development

The spiritual heart of a worshiper is even more important than their natural music or technical abilities. The Holy Spirit inhabits the praise of the people. Our worship leaders and technical teams are the conduit whereby the Holy Spirit moves. It is imperative that our hearts are set on keeping Christ the central theme in our worship!

Hands On – Practical Training

Each Student will be matched up with an experienced member of our Worship Team for one on one training and hands-on experience in their area of interest and gifting. The week ends with a Live Worship Experience, and a CD Quality Recording of actual music performed by each group. Contact Chris White, Director of Worship & Creative Arts for more information.
